The house-building is starting to move into high gear! In case you didn't know, Jen and I bought a townhome in the Oak Hill subdivision, off Edmonson kinda wedged between Nipper's Corner and Crieve Hall. We decided on July 4th to not go back for a month. When we went back last week, a lot of prep work had started and the building next to ours was completely framed up. Now, the slab has been poured and we can walk around and really get a feel for the size of the backyard, etc. It's weird to be walking around in the footprint of our new place finally, but we're definitely starting to get ready to move in.
While we were out & about today, we decided to see if "The Dog" (a popular hot dog place here in Nashville) had opened their new location near Hillsboro Village. They did! We were actually the third customers there EVER, which was a kick. The location is great, the patio is very nice and the food is great. Another place I'm highly recommending here in Nashville!
